About me

My arts are shaped by memory, heritage, longing, and hope. My Persian roots live deeply in my work, not only through imagery and color, but through the poetry and philosophy I grew up with. The words of Rumi, Khayyam, and other Persian poets continue to influence the way I see love, loss, freedom, mystery, and the human experience.

I have always carried a belief in a free Iran, and I dream of the day I can return to Tehran and exhibit my work there. That dream is personal, but it is also connected to a generation of young Iranians who continue to ask for dignity, freedom, and basic human rights. My Unfinished Revolution collection reflects some of those emotions: pride, grief, anger, resilience, and the complicated love one can hold for a homeland.

At the same time, my work is deeply personal. I dedicate it to the memory of Farshid, who believed in me and my art, and to Kian, the light of my life and a constant reminder of hope and possibility.

Color has always been central to the way I paint. I believe color can hold energy, memory, and emotion. Over time, I lost some of my own sense of optimism, and painting became a way of searching for it again. In many ways, each piece is part of that journey an attempt to find light without denying darkness, and to create something hopeful out of what has been lived and felt.

My hope is that when someone chooses one of my paintings, they are not simply buying an object for a wall. They are taking home a piece of a story, one that may remind them of their own memories, their own resilience, or something they are still searching for.

A percentage of proceeds from my work will be donated to charitable causes, allowing the art to carry its meaning beyond the canvas.
